The company has presence across 19 countries and is looking for a Business Development Manager, whose primary focus will be on areas of Due Diligence, Investigations, Information Security & the associated recruitment business generation. 

The role is a blend of business development, coordination, and operational oversight—ideal for professionals with strong UAE market experience and a passion for myriad risk consulting and someone who thrives being with prospects and hates sitting behind a desk. 

Compensation 

• Successful applicants will be offered a market rate basic salary - (negotiated as per experience / proven capability to generate business in the specified genres).
• Plus sales bonus on exceeding targets as per the company policy - calculated on quarterly sales performance.
• The company provides for the work visa, medical insurance and others as per law.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Engagement
• Business Development - Acquire and manage clients in InfoSec & Operational Risk sectors
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and RFPs tailored to client needs
• Represent the firm in client meetings and industry forums
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to regional strategy

Information Security & Audit Oversight

• Lead client audits, certifications, and compliance reviews
• Implement InfoSec protocols aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR
• Coordinate with backend teams for seamless delivery

Operations & Due Diligence Management

• Oversee InfoSec and due diligence project execution
• Align field teams, research units, and client deliverables
• Ensure operational excellence across service lines

Stakeholder & Partner Coordination

• Liaise with auditors, tech vendors, and regulators
• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, IT, Recruitment)
• Monitor project risks and drive resolution

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in InfoSec, Business, Law, or related field
• 5–7 years UAE experience in Audits, InfoSec, and Operations
• Exposure to due diligence or investigative coordination
• Strong proposal writing and client presentation skills
• Proven stakeholder management and multi-project leadership
