Our client, a leading Risk Management Consulting firm, are looking for CMA Registered Compliance Officers in Saudi Arabia to work on short term Audit Assignments 

• Contract Terms  : Short Term Contract
• Compensation    : Between SAR 45,000 to 50,000 monthly (all inclusive)
• Working Hours   : 8 hours per day
• Type                    : On-Site – Full time

Role         : The key role would be to Analyze financial information to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Auditing: Conduct Full Management Accounting Audit, Including Risk Management, Financial Control, And Operational Effectiveness Assessments. 
2. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze Financial Data, Identify Trends, Evaluate Performance, And Prepare Detailed Audit Reports, Findings, And Memoranda for Management. 
3. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure Compliance with Saudi Arabian Laws, Regulations, And Directives Issued by The Capital Market Authority (CMA). 
4. Financial Management: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), And the General Ledger (GL), As Well As Treasury Management Functions. 
5. Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and Analyze Budgets and Forecasts to Provide Insights into Resource Allocation and Financial Planning. 
6. Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify Control Loopholes and Recommend Risk Aversion Measures and Cost-Saving Opportunities. 
7. Documentation & Process Improvement: Document Audit Processes, Maintain Open Communication with Management, And Provide Objective Advice for Improving Internal Controls and Processes. 

Requirements (Qualifications / Certifications / Skills / Experience)

1. Certification    : A Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Certification is must 
2. Knowledge of Standards    : Proven knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial regulations specific to Saudi Arabia. 
3. Communication: Preferably a Native Arabic Speaker
4. Experience    : Similar, banking audit experience at a managerial level
5. Strong analytical and documentation review skills
6. Understanding of KPI/SLA monitoring and reporting
7. Experience in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses.
8. Excellent communication skills for dealing with technical and non-technical stakeholders
