Our client, a leading Risk Management Consulting Company, are looking for Bank Auditors for an outsourced role involving auditing the systems and processes of a MNC Bank’s Regional Office based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a limited period (06-Weeks) engagement against a fixed remuneration. Our client will arrange all administrative needs like - appropriate boarding and lodging, travel, visas and other expenses for the period. 
 
Brief Objective of the Audit  

To assess the effectiveness, design, and operational implementation of the IT Incident and Problem Management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices (e.g., ITIL), internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Brief Scope of the Audit   : The audit will cover the end-to-end lifecycle of incident and problem management, including and limited to the following:

1. Incident detection, logging, categorization, and prioritization
2. Response and resolution procedures
3. Problem identification, root cause analysis, and resolution
4. Integration with the change management process
5. SLAs, escalation procedures, and reporting
6. Tool capabilities and data integrity
7. Review of major incidents and problem records for effectiveness

Expectations from the Auditors

1. Provide subject matter expertise in ITIL aligned incident and problem management
2. Support in control design and operational effectiveness testing
3. Validate compliance with internal policies and frameworks
4. Review relevant documentation and system configurations
5. Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
6. Delivering findings and recommendations in a structured audit format

Required Experience & Skills

1. Similar banking audit experience at a managerial level
2. Deep knowledge of ITIL framework, particularly Incident & Problem Management
3. Experience in conducting IT process audits or internal control reviews
4. Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA Service Desk)
5. Strong analytical and documentation review skills
6. Understanding of KPI/SLA monitoring and reporting
7. Experience in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses
8. Excellent communication skills for dealing with technical and non-technical stakeholders
