Our client, a leading private healthcare group, having facilities across GCC countries including the UAE, Kuwait, Oman and across several Indian States, are looking for specialist physicians as below for their multi-specialty day-care facility located at Mahboula, Kuwait. Please note the broad specifications.

POSITION DETAILS

Position Title        :    UROLOGIST (Registrar, Sr. Registrar, Specialist)
Type of Position   :    Full Time; the physician must relocate to Kuwait to qualify for the license.
Joining                  :   Immediate joining for those with existing Kuwaiti MOH License / EPIC
Compensation      :    The employer offers a compensation package consisting of

• The Basic Tax-Free Salary + HRA, (starting 1600 KD Upwards) + Performance Incentives + Other benefits.
• The final package will be negotiable and shall depend on the applicant’s Seniority / License / Experience / Availability.
• The facility has a healthy walk-in and thus incentive earnings are good.
• Please mention clearly - "your expected package" in the space provided on the IQ form as shared below.

QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSING / EXPERIENCE

1. MBBS + Masters + MD in the specialty from a reputed medical college
2. Minimum 3-5 years of post MD clinical practice
3. Kuwaiti / any Gulf experience is preferred, though not essential.
4. Preference to Kuwaiti License / EPIC cleared applicants
5. If not yet licensed, must be willing to undergo the Kuwaiti MOH licensing process.
6. The employer shall assist shortlisted physicians with the EPIC | Kuwaiti MOH licensing process.

APPLICATION STAGE 2 - STEPS

Shortlisted Candidates (after online face-to-face-Interview) will receive offer letters from the employer, on acceptance of the same, will need to provide following documents for license processing along with the offer acceptance.

PROCESS TO PREPARE / SHARE YOUR DOCUMENTS FOR KUWAITI MOH LICENSING

1. All documents must be color scanned from their original copy only.
2. Must use a Professional flatbed scanner, DO NOT send us mobile photos or black and white scanned copies – they are not accepted for licensing purposes.
3. Each document must be saved separately and named properly for what they are Example: (MBBS-Degree-1998-2002.pdf).
4. Documents must be saved in minimum size (in KBs and not MBs).
5. File names should be in ENGLISH; certificate language could be in either English or Arabic (all other Language documents will need to be legally translated in English).
6. We recommend that you create a new OneDrive or Dropbox Directory, upload all your documents in the new directory and share its link with us.

CHECKLIST OF STAGE 2 DOCUMENTS (WILL BE NEEDED WITHIN A WEEK OF OFFER ACCEPTANCE - HENCE PLEASE KEEP READY)

1. CV / RESUME: Should be in MSWord format, ensure it mentions all Start and End Dates of your Qualifications and Experiences, Institution Names & their website details. You can include a color photo inside the CV or provide separately, as a JPG file

2. Good standing certificates - can be submitted immediately after the offer is accepted.
3. Proof of Current Employment
4. Experience Certificates must be: On the Letter head of your previous employers only, typed (not handwritten), date of certificate and signed & sealed, either by the Medical Director or the HR Head. Must clearly mention the starting date and the ending date of employment, last designation held.
