RECRUITMENT PROCESS OFFICER

POSITION DETAILS:

The employer is a recruitment company based in Abu Dhabi seeking to hire a Recruitment-Process and Documentation Officer with the following expertise..
  1. Managing Complex recruitment operations and all its processes
  2. Must possess demonstrable expertise in promptly ensuring all documentation & processes including candidate CVs, contracts, visas, compliance documents, and client agreements and ensuring full accuracy.
  3. Ensure all data Control and reporting – must have hands-on experience with advanced Excel and use it for regular reports, tracking recruitment progress and operational performance.
  4. Coordination with International Teams in other offices – primarily teams across India.
  5. Work closely with Associates and Client HR teams, and international partners to ensure a smooth flow of communication and adherence to recruitment procedures. Support the international team in coordinating recruitment efforts across different geographies.
  6. Client Interaction – will front-end all client relationship matters too.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Education:  Graduate (preferably in Business Administration, HR, or a related field).
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in international recruitment, with a strong focus on documentation management and compliance.
  3. Language Proficiency:  Fluent in Hindi and English (both spoken and written). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  4. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data analysis) and other data management tools.
  5. Expertise in Documentation:  Proven experience in handling international recruitment documents, including visa applications, candidate contracts, and compliance documents.
  6. Compliance Knowledge:  In-depth understanding of global labour laws, immigration regulations, and recruitment compliance standards.
