Our client, a home healthcare centre located near the Mall of Emirates, Dubai, is looking to hire Neonatal Nurses / Midwives, to support their newborn and Mother Care services across the UAE, based in Dubai. The positions are urgent, and you are encouraged to apply appropriately with all the documents as requested below.


EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 2 years of Neonatal Nursing Care Experience (New Born & Mother Care)
• Infant Health and Safety CPR and First Aid
• Lactation / Breastfeeding Support & Education
• Child Care Essentials include bathing, massage, changing, feeding, burping, swaddling, sleep training, weaning, and the ability to help the mother with her baby’s routine.
• Possess strong interpersonal, organizational and administration skills, passion for helping people, and ability to work well within a team.
• Possess an excellent command of English & Tagalog. Arabic skills will be an added advantage.
• Ideally with home-care experience (Neonatal Nursing Care).

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide care for infants immediately after birth
• Oversee the care of infant patients in the NICU (if needed)
• Consult with parents /guardians on aftercare and long-term health management for infants
• Educate new parents on basic infant care including breastfeeding, hygiene and safety
• Perform tests ordered by the obstetrician or nurse practitioner and evaluate the results

LICENSE

• DHA Registration
• & Cleared Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE)
• Home Care Experience as Neonatal Nurse
• Female Nurses Only

COMPENSATION

• Salary and perks are negotiable and above market rates
• 12 hours shift 4 days a week
• Overtime paid as per UAE laws
• Employment Visa, EID, Insurance etc. provided by the employer
• All other benefits are as per UAE labour laws.
